AND I must share miss Colleen Hoover herself reposted my Instagram story hyping up this book. So she knows I exist…NO BIG DEAL.
This novel is the perfect mixture of thriller, suspense, and romance. I love a story that gets me thinking about something deep and “philosophical” – in this case…the afterlife.
Verity by Colleen Hoover was the first book I read that got me back into the hobby of reading. Since that book, I’ve been searching for something that evokes the same vibes and feelings. I’m so glad I stumbled along another book written by Colleen in this darker genre. I must say, Layla might top Verity for me…although I hate to compare the two works.
I’ll try my best not to make this blog a Colleen Hoover fan page, but she is just SO versatile. I hope in the future she writes another like this!
This is an easy read that you probably won’t want to set down. Add it to your list.
